MinimigCD release -- 2026-05-28

Highlights
----------
- Zorro-II fast RAM (mem=0x33, routed to DDR3) now works: fixes a
dropped INFO drive-ID byte (chipdma_arb/ddram_ctrl DDR re-arm race)
that hung the CD32 BIOS at the splash whenever Z2 was enabled.
- Clean release: ALL Z2 debug instrumentation compiled out. The
z2_trace per-poll drain (which starved CD servicing and could fill
/tmp) is gated off (AKIKO_Z2_TRACE 0); the RTL trace/peek rings are
excluded via the Z2_TRACE_BUILD macro (off by default).
- Stable core slot: ships as _Test/MinimigCD.rbf (CONF_STR MinimigCD)
so the floppy/FPU variants no longer clobber the CD32/CDTV core.
- Software D-cache toggle (CACR bit 8) in the OSD CPU options.
- Native Akiko CD32 + native CDTV CHD boot (no IDEFix97 / HDF launcher).

Source provenance
-----------------
Minimig-AGA_MiSTer @ cd32-native-mvp b072651 (+ uncommitted Z2 fix &
   build-time Z2_TRACE_BUILD gating)

   gating; SCANO_UMOUNT menu fix)

Known issues
------------
- Universe (1994) boots but requires the D-cache DISABLED (toggle it off
in the OSD CPU options); with D-cache on it fails to run. Other titles
  are unaffected.
- NVRAM save: in-session saves work and persist to SD (WinUAE-validated);
reload back into BRAM at boot is still broken on hardware (saves are
preserved, just not auto-restored into the running session).
